The Thunder Bay Police are proud to host the Special Olympics Ontario 2011 Winter Games between January 20th and 23rd, 2011. The community is preparing to welcome the athletes, coaches, managers and parents to our city to enjoy the wonderful winter venues we have to offer.
To assist you in preparing to come to Thunder Bay we have posted accommodation, transportation and other general points of interest information in this section for you to begin to plan your stay. A games specific map has been supplied so you will be able to find your way around our city. If you have any questions, please contact our office and we will be pleased to assist making your time in Thunder Bay positive. Parents of athletes are directed to go to the online registration form to be able to register for the parents and supporters program.
